Privacy Policy — BaaBaaBoom

BaaBaaBoom (the "Game") is developed and published by tunai ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Game handles and why. The short version: the Game has no accounts, no registration, no ads, no in-app purchases, and it never asks for your name, email, contacts, or precise location.

What we collect

The Game uses GameAnalytics, a third-party analytics service commonly used by mobile games, to understand how the Game is played and to find crashes and bugs. Through the GameAnalytics SDK the Game automatically collects:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, screen size, platform, app version.
• Gameplay events: anonymous statistics such as session start/end, wave reached, herd size, frame rate, and which in-game features were used.
• Crash and error data: technical reports produced when the Game malfunctions.
• A pseudonymous identifier: on Android this is the App Set ID — an identifier scoped to apps from the same developer that you can reset at any time in your device settings. The Game does not request or use the Android Advertising ID.
• Approximate region: GameAnalytics derives a country-level location from the IP address of the connection. We do not receive or store IP addresses ourselves, and the Game never accesses GPS or precise location.

All of this data is pseudonymous: it describes a device and play sessions, not a person. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or any other personal content.

Why we collect it

• To balance the Game (difficulty, progression, feature usage).
• To measure whether players enjoy the Game and keep playing.
• To find and fix crashes and bugs.

We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who processes the data

Analytics data is processed by GameAnalytics ApS on our behalf. You can read their privacy policy at gameanalytics.com/trust/privacy-notice. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

We do not share data with any other third party, except where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Analytics data is retained by GameAnalytics according to their retention policy. Because the data is pseudonymous, we cannot look up "your" data by name — the only identifier involved is the resettable App Set ID on your device. You can reset this identifier at any time in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads / App Set ID; naming varies by device), which unlinks future data from past data. If you have any data-related request, contact us at the address below and we will do our best to help, including forwarding deletion requests to GameAnalytics.

Your rights over your data

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export (receive a copy of), restrict, or delete the data described above, and to object to its processing. These rights apply to BaaBaaBoom as follows:

• Access and export. Write to us and we will ask GameAnalytics for the records associated with your device identifier and send you a copy.
• Deletion. Write to us and we will submit a deletion request for those records to GameAnalytics on your behalf.
• Correction. The data is generated automatically by the Game (device model, wave reached, frame rate). If any of it is wrong, tell us and we will have the affected records corrected or deleted.
• Objection and restriction. You can stop all analytics collection at any time by uninstalling the Game. There is no account to close, because the Game never creates one.

How to make a request. Email tunai.studio@gmail.com with the subject "Data request". Because the Game has no accounts, we cannot identify you by name — please include your App Set ID (Android: Settings, then Google, then All services, then App Set ID) so the records can be located. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for making a request.

We will never ask you for a password, a payment detail, or a copy of an identity document in order to handle a data request.

Children

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no ads, no purchases, no chat, and no social features.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy (for example, if a future update adds new features), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
